The UCR/California Museum of Photography's Digital Studio Gallery presents "Dialect: New Stereo-views of California", (January 22 - March 20) a selection of contemporary stereo images that reflects on a history of landscape photography. Projected from wide-screen plasma televisions are full-color 3-D portraits and landscapes snapped over the last year by UCR ARTSblock staff and interns with a vintage 1950s Kodak Stereo Film Camera in towns from Twentynine Palms to Santa Monica. There is also a project room off the gallery containing stereo images that can be viewed byway of hand-held devices. "Dialect: New Stereo-views of California" was curated by director of Digital Studio, Reggie Woolery.
