The musical Guy and Madeline on a Park Bench tells of a drifting Boston trumpet player, Guy, whose various love affairs eventually lead him to a quiet introvert named Madeline. Their relationship is cut short, however, when Guy leaves her for another, more outgoing love. The two separated lovers slowly wind their way back together through episodes punctuated by song.

"This is a story of few words, a lot of great music and countless emotional shadings." - Betsy Sharkey, Los Angeles Times

"Shot in black and white on 16mm in a spontaneous, stripped down style, it manages to be both low key, downtown cool and exuberant at the same time." - Sura Wood, Hollywood Reporter
